We paid for a table on October 25 and we were told that the table would be here by Christmas. We started calling after Thanksgiving to inquire about the status of the table. We were told that they would call us back with information. We NEVER got a return call. We finally called while our sales person was working, she said she would call back with status. (Dec. 21) She called me back and told me the table was "on the truck and would not make it by Christmas." On Dec. 28th I called them...again...and was told that they would call me back with information. They did call me back, but did not leave a message. I called them back and asked for a manager to call me. I got the "sales manager' to call me back and he told me the table would not be delivered until after Jan. 2nd. I told him we no longer wanted the table, he said I had absolutely no option to get my money back. ($1700 for table and chairs) He said that they would deliver it for free. I was picking the table up, so that was no help. I asked to talk with the owner, he said he would have him call me. Again, no call, I had to physically go to the store and once again was told that basically, I had no recourse for this. Be careful - once you give then money, they drop you. You are not important and they do not care AT ALL about your furniture. Everything is out of their control.
